We organised two wedding related events, and also had guests staying at Club5. I personally spent 3 nights there as well. Mr. Prabhas and Me. Sanjay went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and the events were impeccably managed.

When you wish to have a Family Get-together, with people from Australia, the USA, UK, Dubai and locals, with diverse requirements of food and cuisine, age from 2 years to 75, wheel chair accessibility, fresh air, Sunlight to keep you warm, fussy about hygiene and sanitation, service, logistics and value for money, my frank and forthright recommendation would be DLF Club 5..we were fortunate to have a family member, an expert event planner and coordinator, to take charge and take care of the minutest details in consultation with Chaman, Head F&B..the Lunch was organised on the veranda with adequate Sun to keep us warm and comfortable..the choice of starters and main course was fabulous and delicious, we reciprocated with shameless indulgence..the service was courteous and professional..it's absolute value for me and we are looking forward to many more such lovely outings.. thank you DLF Club 5, your hospitality is heart warming with ultimate customer delight.. with best regards.. Very impressed with ambience and service at Banquets in Club 5. Outstanding food, high service orientation and good list of various vendors - decorators, DJ, cab operators etc makes whole experience very suprior and seamless

During Covid it becomes tough to decide the food outlet for ordering lunch for staff. Based on the past good experience with DLF Phase V club Gurgaon , decided to get the lunch boxes delivered to office from DLF phase V club for staff on occasion of Diwali. Experience was amazing. Every staff praised the food and relished. Timely delivery, amazing packing, quantity sufficient for single person. Most important the quality of the food was great. The DLF staff were very courteous and helpful.

I stayed here just for a night with my 2 sons this month as it happened to be close to my parents apartment. Having stayed multiple times at DLF club in phase 4 I think I expected even a more modern club with good facilities as this was built much later etc so for that reason this club did not meet expectations. The rooms are not as big as at Club in phase 4 , room booked was with balcony and immediately after Diwali and firecrackers etc the balcony could not be used - very dusty and the polluted skies ( no fault of club ) kept us indoors. The room looked tired , linen dull and bathroom left a lot to be desired- stained and dusty floor and I wished I had booked a hotel or club in phase 4 and not this one. Worst was yet to come - breakfast was a complete nightmare. We were told there would be buffet breakfast but that was not the case but we understand guests are few. What was sad was to see the atmosphere - dark, depressing and sulky unhappy staff that were so so slow to bring anything to our table that in the end I decided to walk out without any breakfast. I could see the couple at the only other table occupied having a similar experience. What is going wrong in the kitchen here ? I asked for 2 cups of warm milk and 20 minutes later still they could get that for my sons and I had to leave without them. Covid has been hard for everyone but do pull up your socks S we are paying as much as we would at a good 4/ 5 star to stay here and I certainly will never return again. I do not recommend this club for staying !
