Very good location room is very clean staff is very helpful I visit with my friends👭👬👫 enjoy two days like everything is good here to nearby indira Gandhi international and domestic airport i miss this place📍

We had gone for a party in the Banquet but the hall was very small, food was Ok, but service was not good. The snacks served were lukewarm and the waiters serving were not helpful. The manager tried to get things moving but it took a long time.

Just Another Mapple Hotel But on a Right Location near Gurgaon Rooms are Big and Staff is Good Breakfast is Nice but Tea Should be served Fresh then Stored in Bulk Contr TV Stations Choice is Limited Value for Money !!!!

Was there for a get together of my husband's schoolfriends. We were about 20 people. The flush cover in our bathroom broke off and fell into the toilet bowl and was not fixed. The bum shower kept moving around and squeaking as if there was a creature living in it. Quite spooky at night. The airconditioning worked intermittently in all the rooms we occupied - we had to keep calling people to fix it. One of the rooms had a persistent problem with the card key and at one point my friends had to sit in our room late at night for 20 mins till it was fixed. Having said that, the staff were friendly, I found the breakfast and dinner buffet to be adequate and quite tasty, But it was a bit of a shock to find out that the lunch and dinner buffet are the same! Don't think I will be rushing back there, even though the price/performance ratio is not bad at all.

Good hotel but reception staff Mr kamlesh behavior is not good. I think the hotel owner or his Gm has to take stringent action against the reception staff otherwise they will spoil the name of Mapple Emerald hotel/resort. Food was so good thanks to vikas and yadav 🙏
