    We stayed for 03 nights and received a fantastic upgraded room based on my loyalty card. Many thanks to HGM Mr. Kamal who always went out of his way and ensured our stay remain comfortable & memorable. The suite room was perfect and so was the ambiance and the amenities too were top-notch. It is located in a great part of Gurgaon City and the views out of the window are quite gorgeous. A great hangout place especially during the day and in the evening for the children and to dine a variety of fast food & enjoy a multi-cuisine buffet Lunch / Dinner, etc. Amazing place to stay! You get a premium feeling as soon as you walk in. The hospitality of the staff is worth pleasing. Thanks to the entire Front Desk team headed by Mr. Praveen for ensuring all needs are taken care of during our stay over there. An amazing job of Housekeeping was done by the entire team. Mr. Mohit, Renu, and Kaushal were extremely helpful and ensured the room was properly sanitized & cleaned and COVID 19 guidelines were followed nicely during our stay. The “ Citrus “ restaurant served us awesome mouth-watering food and the Chef Mr. Ashish & Sandeep along with other team members especially Mr. Kuldeep, Kamlesh, Samyak, Dev, and Arun made sure we had a wonderful dining experience throughout our stay in the hotel. Definitely recommend it to all my family & friends. Overall, we loved the hospitality. Many thank once again to the LT Premier 1 team led by GM Mr. Kamal.

    I would like to thank Kashif Dev, Samyak, Kuldeep, Kamlesh and Lokesh for taking care of me and my family so diligently for the whole week stay that we enjoyed in Lemon Tree. The staff is extremely courteous and prompt. The food spread can be better. Thank you boys.

    Very well located in the heart of Sec-29, Gurugram. The place is so well maintained with good staff across all departments. Went in for a meeting & found the place very prominently located. Food is delicious & they also have a Bar to offer you lots of variety

    Very neat and clean maintenance ,room service is very good his name is Sonu Kumar house keeping service very nice and caring and even the breakfast is also very good in the morning with so much varieties nice to stay here

    Very pathetic Service! We were booked by our agent to stay here for 3 nights, after a long day of travel we arrived at almost 10pm and they checked us in without warning us of what we were to expect. Once we got to the room we ordered our dinner and decided to take a shower but lo and behold! There was no water in the shower. So we called reception and guess what? We were told they ration water after 9pm and there is nothing they could do (literally least bothered). Which hotel rations a basic necessity like water and ontop of that during winters when it's cold and everyone needs a hot bath? So we basically had to ask to leave after dinner and the deputy manager offered our dinner as a complimentary and sent us half a bucket of warm water for 2 people, imagine!. (So we had to go the traditional way) After dinner it was becoming very inconvenient to move at that time of the night, so we decided to stay and check out first thing in the morning. During check out we were insulted even more when they made us pay for the "so called complimentary dinner" they had intially offered and offcourse to avoid humiliation, we just paid and left. We travel extensively for work as we also happen to be from the hospitality industry and have never seen such a disgusting behaviour by any hotel especially when it comes to basic necessities. Lemontree has definetly gone for a toss, am surprised such places even exist in this era and I would really like this review to reach Mr. Patu Keswani.
