It was my Fiancée Birthday , We came there for short staycation and we had relaxing stay , They have nice rooms and food is also good . Simranpreet has arranged everything for us and we loved it . We would definitely come again in future .

Excellent Valet parking Excellent staff at reception and security and valet Sandeep Cleaning was excellent too - karan The security team are brilliant too Always smilies at the door which is really nice We never had any problems and I would say overall the stay was lovely, the pool was really nice and clean, with ample amount of towels and water. We did not use the restaurant for 20 days because we were quoted extortionate prices and I felt out of principle we would not use the restaurant. I felt that as I was paying for 20 days the hotel should have given me a good price for using the buffet restaurant, we were quoted 3000 rupees per day for breakfast. Generally speaking I felt the hotel was 4 star because I cannot speak for the food, but the facilities were pretty good. Would I stay at welcome hotel again?, definitely. It is also close to the airport and has a local shop for all foods if required from the mall, which is walking distance. I was in and out of the hotel alot as we were here for a wedding and I felt that the hotel was secure for 24 hours, I never felt unsafe. I spoke to the manager before leaving, he was very open to feedback and I thanked him for his lovely response and will be returning in October. Thank you all

Check in 01/04/2022 Check out 03/04/2022 I stayed in the hotel as a part of corporate event and must say that the rooms are very well designed - spacious. View from the room overlooking the swimming pool was also great. Breakfast spread is decent and choices are there. Food taste is satisfactory but scope is there for improvement. Housekeepingand other facilities are appropriate. With easy approach to teh hotel by metro and the price paid it is absolutely worth it. So give this property a try if you are visiting Delhi and open to stay away from the city-center.

Why I give three star for the ratings? Because Every time when you share your problems faced by them in terms of Safety,Basic Comfort,Hygiene and support ,Very spontaneously they will apologise you and they continue to apologise you!! As a long stay corporate guest who just stay here in this hotel just to sleep for few hours,Let’s me just take you to my experience tour on my brilliant brain storming experience with Welcome Hotel. Reception Experience: I would be happy to give -5 🌟 rating for the long wait and short tempered staffs(You’ll experience the most arrogant frontline staff there for any reason) Lift Experience: Mostly only one will work out of three and you’ll get heavenly experience of feeling the hot breath of multiple gender fellow guest by strictly following social distancing!!! Room Housekeeping Experience: If you’re good in washing utensils in which you had your dinner please do it by your own as those are not a part in room cleaning and will be left Abandoned and throw your used soap covers too!! Safety: Please ensure you’ll carry fireproof objects as they will forgot to turn of the kettle without water which will be smoking when you reach your room and of you’re lucky enough you can stop this festival!! Food Court: How tolerable you’re or how great you do meditation to control your anger they will test your patience to its core by not serving you what you asked because they will say they are new staff 😉You’re Dosa would’ve prepared not as per your preference but there will be none to serve you because they do investigation that who had ordered it for 20min!!Lot Many more but considering the length of the story I’m stopping here!! Laundry: Better buy a Rin/Surf excel soap and wash it by your own if you love your clothes as they crush your buttons and tight ropes in track ,Still wonder how they can do it 🤔!! Swimming Pool:They are very strict here they won’t allow you when you don’t wear swimming suit as the reception staff and Pool staff didn’t like each other!!!Reception/landline operator staff will tell you they are okay with any dress code but Most strict pool office won’t allow you but in booking confirmation they mention that the pools are closed due to COVID regulations😬 Now you will get a doubt why I continue to bare this ridiculous things by paying fancy money,! Over and above of all such repetitive issues they are staffs like, Food Court: Mr Karan,Mr Neeraj,Mr Surendar. Housekeeping : Mr Dipesh. Senior Management : Mr Prashant,Mr Simran will truly make your rest moments happening by their extraordinary service level!!However this to be addressed and improved to just save me kind of frequent traveller who just books in the name of ITC!! It has been the worst experience ever with the reservation desk of this hotel. I wrote email to ITC reservation and there has been no response even after 4 days. Made 7 international call to the hotel and each time they (Abhinav, Netu and others) take the call and put on hold for about 20 to 25 minutes and disconnect thereafter without any dialogue. To get a reservation conformation for direct booking, if someone has to face so much of harassments, it is better to select some other hotel. I have stated in this hotel number of times earlier, but this was not case earlier.
