The best parts are 3 pet dogs and 1 pet cat to play with and common room running 24hrs with food service which is affordable too. The location is convenient too just in front of delhi gate metro station gate no. 3

Excellence, neat & clean. Good behaviour. Outside food allowed, drinks allowed. Best for solo travelers. Delhi gate metro gate pr hi hai. So easy to transport anywhere. Food and wine shops are available around the place.

Initially, i booked my stay for 2 nights with their premium suites considering i was there for a work trip and i was looking for coworking space where i can call my colleagues for a meeting. This never happened as they mentioned about coworking space but it was only common area to wait for people who are about to get their bed. They mentioned about high-speed internet, one more false claim. There were the only reason i choose gostops over other property but not worth it. I had to find a new place as i had few important meetings lined up and vacant the room which i paid full amount. i only stayed there for a day. If i consider this then it was my most expensive stay in terms of hostel property. One of their staff member told me that this delhi property is just going on, management is planning to close this one but this property also has their HQ so they can't close it and that's the reason they don't care about customer's feedback. weather customer is paying for two nights and vacating the room in one night still they don't care.

The booking reference said that your stay is booked and you can pay at check in, but when i reached there, they told that it isn't showing any booking and only 1 dorm is left at a higher rate. Also the lockers were not working, they didn't even had the keys at checkin, had to wait there for 1hr to get a key that too of when i told them that at-least give me any locker as I've to go out.

I had never faced any problem with Hostel but this people didn’t give me towel because I didn’t have cash and I asked them to pay through UPI. I got up 10 AM and they want me to get the cash from ATM which is so rude and when they had an option to take money through UPI. The staff is rude and have no sense of customer service. Washroom smells bad and tissues all over the washroom. You cannot flush because the cistern has not enough pressure to flush. Dogs in the entrance makes it horrible for me. If you guys want to take care of animals make sure to give them the best place possible not the entrance it’s so uncomfortable for animals to live like that.Worst experience ever.
