We stayed here as it is near to Ganga Ram Hospital. And we had planned to stay near the hospital. We were completely impressed by service, staff were courteous, food round the clock, room clean. Only draw back was hot water comes in tap after some time as a result cold water is wasted in winter.

Hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were all friendly and the food in the restaurant was good. The swimming pool was being repaired(?) and the Travel Rep was a little pushy. I would be happy to stay again.

Good hotel in a great location and secure. Staff were courteous and service good. We did not dine at the restaurant but the buffet breakfast could be improved. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Undergoing some renovations which had no impact.

A bit of a disappointment as we'd booked this hotel due to it having a swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated at the time so couldn't be used. To add insult to injury, the workmen were working overnight on two of our nights, even though guests had been complaining about this after the first night, and this was very noisy! The rooms were okay though, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very basic but as a Westerner, I got by on toast and fruit...but hey ho, I'm in Delhi so I didn't expect a Full English!! The travel man was very helpful though, arranging taxis and tours for us, so thank you. There are lots of shops, markets and restaurants nearby (a 5 minute walk away) so a good location. Delhi centre is just a short tuk tuk ride away and very cheap to get to.

Me and my family stayed here for the last 4 nights of a two week India holiday, chose it because it had a pool and a gym, only to find out the gym was being used for a conference then to be told the pool was being renovated and moved to the roof. I was then advised the next day that the gym was under renovation too! Who to believe!?! There was no heating in any of the rooms, the AC was poor and there was overkill on the amount of light switches too, plus the door card slot for power saving didn’t work too, so it was it was just a glorified cardholder, they didn’t do anything. Also it was a annoying we had to remember to collect a WiFi code everyday from reception to use, surely there’s an easier way to do this! The vegetarian restaurant was good for the breakfast buffet but for dinner it was terrible, things came out late, starters came out with the mains and food was very bland or wrongly advertised. For example, the vegetable Biriyani we ordered didn’t have no curry within it at all and came with no Raita. It was just vegetable pilau rice! No apologies given at the time, only when we was leaving. I expected better quality for a place stating just vegetarian food and certainly not microwaved heated food which the waiter clearly did in plain site! Also the Travel guy barely listened to what we wanted to see and ended up wasting time in our day sending us to places we didn’t want to go, even though I was explicit with my request. Clearly I’m aggrieved with my stay here and this was put forward to management before I left, hopefully they’ll sort things and work in their communication, especially in regards changes in the hotel facilities.
