The hotel is old. Rooms are big but there is smell in room. Saw some customers requesting to change the room. you get booking on hourly basis also. Food is not so good. The wall curtain comes over the AC unit so if you want to switch on the AC you will have to open curtains. service is also not that good.

Just stayed for a day the rooms are dirty bathroom is dirty .no cleanliness no room cleaning service. Ac doesn't work tv has just 5 channels. Never ever stay in this hotel its waste useless room better to pay more in stay in other good hotels

We arrived at Raj after reading fairly good reviews and seeing the photos, into the grimy reception area. The taxi driver who took us there told us to be very careful as it is a bad area and it is dangerous for us to go out. We arrived 1 hour before we were due to check in. We were told that our room was not ready so he had allocated us another room a few metres away in his other hotel we asked for tea to be bought to the room. We were sent to another very dim grimy reception. We paid on arrival and was escorted to our room. I was horrified as I walked up the stairs as small bags of litter and foodstuffs were strewn along the skirting boards and in corners. I froze when I was in the room when I saw it, it was cold damp and like a dungeon from the Middle Ages . I told my husband we couldn’t stay there and he proceeded to make another booking elsewhere. A moment later knock came on the door and a man was there bringing tea in a flask it was very dirty and disgusting he asked for money, my husband told him we had paid downstairs at reception but he didn’t seem to believe us and exacerbated an already stressful situation. We then went to reception and advised the receptionist that we were going as the room was terrible.. we were not offered our money back. I was scared while waiting in reception while waiting for the taxi there seemed to be a hostile atmosphere. The room looked nothing like the photos on the website, this was terrible beyond words.

Booked one room through MMT with check in on 22/12/19 & check out on 23/12/19 but on arrival refused check in under pretext that my booking is only for fresh-up from 9am to 2 pm and I was forced to have a new booking personally after paying full amount as demanded.service and behaviour of the staff was very poor and they were very greedy.

I have stayed 01 Sep 2019 for oe Night in the Hotel Raj with my family. This is the worst experience of my life . Hotel room smelly and dirty feel not cleaned from 2 or three month,even the blanket they provided us very dirty, staff was so rude specially on the reception. I have booked this hotel with triple occupancy when checked in the room there was only single king bed i asked them i have paid for triple occupancy so provide me extra bed they offer me extra matres place it on the floor this will be the extra bed form our side.i argued them then receptionist told we can offer only this otherwise u can search another hotel that was time 11 pm and am with my family, i have not any option and i was helpless that time accepted accommodation like hell.I will upload hotel picture as well u saw and decide what is the hotel worst accommodation think 100 time before book it...
