Hotel Godwin Deluxe

Everything was perfect and well maintained. Room service was really excellent and everything was on time. Bathroom was clean and nice. Lighting in the room was too good and can be controlled. I will definitely visit again.

Stay was incredible, Great amenities, Specially the cleanliness maintained at the hotel, fully maintained hygiene, expert staff, staff is very helpful, Restaurant service of The Indian Grill Hotel is best in class, food is made with great fusion of spices, lovely home like aura, located at the centre of the city so that any place is near the reach, great stay for any tourist. I must recommend to stay here..

After we had a bad experience at one of the hotel in the same street, we went looking for a safe & hygeinic place.. As I wasn't keeping well we went inside to look at their rooms, as the manager treated us well politely. The rooms were neat & tidy, and their majority of the clients are foreigners. We decided to stay their for 2 days, and everything asked for was already their. The washrooms were very good, hot water facility bang on. I would recommend this place to everyone for their pleasant & happy stay. They have a nice cafe with coffee machine, where you can start your day with freshly brewed café, which is big plus !

really good experience. Hotel room was clean. Staffs were very helpful. I specially thanks to Mr. kaushal je his such a good person that we’ve meet in our stay. But if we staying long day the breakfast is serve everyday SAME and I’m totally fedup with same food🤦‍♀️ I have request to hotel but I didn’t get prepare solution thats make me little upset. We were 2 couples, and booked s Standard Room on Booking.com. When we arrived, we were told the only 2 standard rooms were only on the ground floor. We were shown both rooms. One was ready, but was a very small room which looked nothing like the pictures or description. The other was a bigger room, also on the ground floor, but the room had yet to be cleaned from the previous guest leaving. We were then shown the executive rooms on the upper floors and told that we would need to pay an additional 500 Rs. for the executive room per day. The whole thing looked dodgy from the start. We decided to upgrade one of the smaller standard rooms to executive. But when we got to the room, there was no difference between the two. The Wifi was still terrible, the shower water wasn't hot the whole night and there was only 2 channels on TV. There seemed no difference in the upgrade, even when the initial room was falsely advertised on Booking.com. After bringing this to the attention of the hotel, they finally agreed to not charge the additional 500 for the executive room. The Indian Grill restaurant in the hotel did not serve any Grilled food. Unbelievable. The management should seriously consider treating guests in a better manner and be honest up front about the rooms. In addition, Wifi and Hot water are basic facilities any decent hotel should provide. The rooms were worn and in need of a thorough clean. Would not stay at this property again.
