Jyotsna our event manager gave us a fabulous quote followed by great service. The banquet in the ground floor is extremely lively and bright and in itself needs very less decor.The food and chat counters was great and the service was par excellence. Our guests had a fabulous time and appreciated our arrangements for the party.We had taken 2 rooms also for the event and to our surprise the comfort and size of the room was great and comparable to a 5 star like holiday Inn and IBIS. We are very happy with the services of D imperia and recommended it to our friends and family.

Probably one of the best hotels in India. Exceptional service and food Great staff. The workers go out of their way to assure you have a great visit. Excellent restaurant. Have stayed here several times

They are fraud of the highest order. They even renege on written agreement. first Mrs madhu said we will give you extra pizza counter all arrangements. then we paid advance. after 2 months their owner and foul mouthed Mr alok Gupta said I won't do this I won't do that and started talking rudely. he said madhu is just employee her word has no value. then mr. foul mouthed Gupta said take booking elsewhere and take refund. we said ok. now they refuse to pay back advance as per agreement which says 40% deduction refund is rule. no one should ever book them. even dj playing her is problem due to residential area. at time of booking they will say no problem then say later after taking money not this not that and even abuse. Never book this property.

Check in took more than 20 mins Gallery was full of smoke Wifi password took 1 hour to get n it never worked No room keys provided was put in a visiting card Ac only off n on No temperature control Morning In room dining not responding Some strong noise of motor running through out the night - cud not sleep TV remote buttons not working Finally came out without having anything in d morning Waited for 30 mins for Check out without getting GST bill which they denied to provide Wanted to call the cops but had to leave Feeling pukish and also relaxed.... the worst ever is over

Never ever rely upon them. We contracted the place for destination wedding for my daughter in early Sep 2017 since we visited Delhi to just fix that.We had various meetings and signed a contract. We were offered food tasting as well on our final visit, personally overseen by their chef. After 15 weeks they said that the can't hold the functions and can't give us the contracted rooms since they have some ISSUES. Even if they were facing some unavoidable circumstances the least they could do was to be transparent and organise an alternative comparable or better destination at the contracted cost. They saw to it that whatever limited places were available that time also vanish. They caused us deep pain, anguish, anxiety and huge financial loss besides loss of face in front of the groom's side. Please stay away from them at any and every cost. They deserve to be taught a lesson.
