I spent one night here at Radisson/blu on business trip and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room even though being small,but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. Every staff member i encountered, from the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Thank you all and thank you Sudhanshu for your overall help

Nothing but Praise for this hotel and the front desk manager Vishaal

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. My parents recently stayed at the hotel however on route, mistakenly left their mobile phone in the taxi. The front manager Vishaal moved heaven and earth to get the phone back and against all odds , got it back in perfect condition. During this time, his customer service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and made my parents feel as if they were at home. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for perfect customer experience. Vishaal is the perfect leader of customer experience and hospitality and is a credit to the hotel. He really made my parents stay at the hotel (and the trip) a fantastic holiday.
