The hotel is having the best ambience with the best foods. Service staff especially Mr. Kailash has set the service level at highest point. I will always stay whenever I travel to Gurgaon and recommend to all near and dear ones

Very hospitable staff and amazing food made by Chef Sharad. Exceptional service given by Kailash,Munna,Daya and Ramkishan. They really took good care of us and served us home made food. Keep up the good work.

The basis necessity of water is always a concern at this place. Please be careful and if you have to go to work. Then, there is a challenge. The guy from maintenance, Babli, says "he will not check anything, unless a customer checks and informs." Which means, I as a customer has to check, if the water supply is there or not when I'm getting ready to go to work and let them know. This is not worthy service. Also, if they have about 55 people in the Hotel, only 50 would get water is what the reseption tells you. When you ask for discounts, due to this pethetic service. They say the the owner of the hotel needs to approve and they cannot give discounts and will need to contact the owner to get a discount for the customer. If this is the case, then what is the point in having a manager. I would like to appreciate the Restaurant, the service and food is good. Also, looking forward for an extended menu. As in some more items added should not harm.
