Exceptional service. Exceptional room. Exceptional amenities. Very comfortable & luxurious, I felt very doted on by the staff.Everything! We had the room that included lounge access and airport drop off and it was a quite nice experience! Staff were very friendly.

This time i booked through oyo but when i reached at midnight, they refused check in saying we are not entertaining oyo guests. Reason being they are giving bookings on lower rates. I was like WTF. It should be between you and oyo, why are you making me a part of it that also at midnight? I have already paid for my booking and have to catch a train next day early Morning. I asked the front office guy that i will pay the balance but he refused saying you pay full money and take the room. Then i spoke to oyo guys and they assured him to pay full amount but still he charged me 100 rs and then gave the room. After chec in at 1.15 am again he started calling in the room saying he dint receive money. This ended after half an hour. This was something not related to me as i paid whatever amount was shown by oyo and hence the hotelier should have dealt this with oyo and not with me but they found it easier to deny check in and extort money,it being so late in night. This shows their vision of business that they dnt need long term customers. Omly aaya ram gaya ram is required. Will never come back and will never recommend

The reception person was so rude and it seemed I am at his mercy when I said the room are smelling and dirty. Worst hotel and staff. Learn how to behave with guests. The room was not even cleaned for perhaps many days. Wappers and stain marks all over.

This is the worst hotel I have been in, I stayed there for 3 days, they Don't have any service and still think themselves as premium hotel. They are so arogant and rude as if they are doing a favour to us. Pls don't visit there if you don't wish to get threatened or molested..
