We stayed in this hotel for 5 days towards end of December in a suite room. The rooms water heater was not working as expected and wasn’t fixed during the entire 5 days. The other suite room offered to us felt damp and smelly. The bed had cockroaches on one day which the hotel fixed later. They had just put 2 single beds together when we had requested for a king bed. The Aircon didn’t appear to be serviced for months.
The deluxe rooms appeared to be better slightly compared to the suite and were better lit.
Bathrooms were very basic the toilet seat covers could be much better

This is not even close to something that can be called a hotel. Bed sheets were dirty and no expert was needed to see that they were very used. We had to put towels over the pillow to sleep at least for a bit. Next day we asked for the sheets to be changed and I have to admit they did change those and also cleaned up.
Moldy smell, all night yelling, music and door slamming. First time tourist will be afraid to get out of the hotel as placement is in a very native district. No convenience stores nearby.
Breakfast is served on poorly washed plastic plates.

I have just come back from this terrible experience of staying in this so called 3 star hotel.
I am a single traveller lady and i cannot imagine how this hotel is rated as 3 star. The room i stayed in supposed to be their best room had a lock which was not working i had to compain to have it fixed as i did not think it was safe for a lady. The room had broken tiles some places and i was told that hot water will be from 7am to 10 pm.
The toilet shower was not working and i had to have a wash from a bucket And wash room basin tap broken and leaking no soap or toothpaste.
The room was next to the lift and no sleep becase of that also noise of the guests who were drinking kept on till midnight i locked my self in the room till morning since i had no choice since i had paid in in advance.This seem to be a drinking joint.
The dining room was pathetic i did not have any meal as i felt very sqemish and it did not look very hygenic.
How they could rate this hotel 3 and half star is unbelivable it should be brought to the notice of hotel inspectors if there are any. The photographs give a totally different
View to a guest. The sheets were not the best and kettle not working.
The weighing scale to weigh luggage was just out side the hotel on the road.
And a shady security guard to mann it.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.

Stayed here with four other ladies. This hotel desperately in need of some serious maintenance. Washroom filthy, rooms very dusty, AC not working. After a long trip, our checkin took two hours after we were shown a few rooms. Manager Shivham at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. Although there were rooms available in the main building he lied saying all rooms were booked and showed us filthy rooms on the left and right which was unacceptable. There were no shower curtain on some of the rooms and some that was so dirty it had mold and mildew on the shower curtains. Tiles missing on the washroom walls, no hairdryer but a hole on the wall where there seems to be where the hairdryer was. Those pictures are photoshop of the rooms, We saw a bunch of rooms and no way looked like the ones on their website, those pictures are fake. Hygiene is very poor, workers had an offensive odor (Indians are famous for having a bad body odor), wish they would consider using deodorant. Stay away from this hotel.
Never book suite room through oyo

I had made booking for sure room a month in advance which was confirmed by oyo and reconfirmed by hotel. On arriving hotel denied checkin for the reason that the rates which oyo offered are too low and room cannot be allotted. Wasted time connecting to customer care of oyo and resolve the rate issue. Later hotel claims no suite room available, again pain to connect to oyo but after the hassle of 3 hrs had to settle too the lower category room, just coz we had prior booking and can't change at this moment.
It's a trap of both, one allowing the booking and second reject the checkin and customer have to settle in lower category rooms. Oyo customer care only raises the tickets and there's no solution. Room allotted is 222 where updated in oyo app is 221, all disguise.
I had another booking for same hotel for next day, but due to the issue of notice from delhi government to hotel, they stopped issuing rooms and oyo shifted me to different hotel c park inn, and to the surprise raised the prices the folds. This time it's only tickets raised by customer services and no solution, ultimately had to book another hotel on private basis.
Oyo may sometimes be good deal but it doesn't assures that deals what are offered it's what we get.
To avoid painstaking, prepay and double check with concerned hotel. Coz whatever prod earlier you book, the hotel sells out the rooms and never reserves for prior booking.
Staff are rude, cleanliness not as per 3* hotel. Rooms are in different building.
