During Covid 19 my stay was memorable at The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa. Its beautiful and hygienically maintained property . Especially thanks to Mrs. Indu, she is the one who made our stay so comfortable. she takes care of all services and our needs for making us feel like our home. When i arrived at hotel, I got smooth check-in. The room was nicely maintained. Thanks to the Hotel & their staff For such a wonderful services. Thank you so much once again. I must visit again. recommended to all.

One of the Good Hotel in Patparganj New delhi. I have been staying here for last 2 days with my family and i watch that this is far the best hotel when it comes to hospitality. The staff is very courteous and always receptive and accommodate to your requirements and take honest efforts to ensure your stay is comfortable. Everybody works as a team and are very professional. The Front Office staff has been really very good with us and has been taking care of our stay. I would definitely recommend a stay since it is attitude that matters abouve the rest in a service industry...

I was came too the hotel in last week off October for some rooms and banquet query for my sister's engagement sales person is not available that time so mr.Aditya sharma(lobby manager) gave me a best service he show me both kind off room and banquet he offered me tea and coffee in lobby area. He's communication skills vry well He gave us full info abt the room and banquet but unfortunately hotel is sold out in December But we didnt received this kind off service in any 5 star property He is actually a hotelier I am personally request to the hotel management kindly give him some opportunity to the sales.

I wanted to put this in notice of your management that I am very much disappointed with the service and the behaviour of the staff,person at the reception desk was very unprofessional they don’t know to take care of their guest preferences as we had requested for early checking and early checkout our rooms were not ready after so much of travelling we reached their hotel by 10am we very very tired and we had to wait for the rooms also after waiting we got a twin bed rooms. rooms were so old aged your hotel needs a renovation very thing was poor WiFi,Tv,shower,hair dryer wasn’t working I had to call them to fix them very bad staff needed an explanation on our family relations as we had one different family friend staying along with us that was so unkind and I had never experienced such things anywhere in India since we had a very shot stay we are glad that we didn’t had there a long time... I will not recommend this property to anybody as we had such a awful experience....
