Piccadilly hotel is just next to the metro station 🚉. The hotel is very good and ambitious. The staff of the hotels are very friendly and helpful as we stayed here for 2 days . Warm welcome by security and our check in formalities has been done by Fo team . we moved to the restaurant where we had our food 🥘 the staff (Mr Mohit )their also very kind and friendly .. he is very gentle and professional. As he gave us the 100% hospitality service. Thank you to Mohit for his wonderful services . .once again my special thanxxx to MR MoHit I .Highly recommend to my closest friend and family . Keep it upppp

Amazing stay and wonderful staff, especially the duty manager Mr. Daulat, who helped a lot, even upgraded my room and ensured i had a relaxing trip.

I stayed there for one night during a business trip. The funny thing is that despite paying a large amount, there was no hot water in the room. There was no point in complaining as I was already under the shower. The Hotel looked quite deserted under the pandemic circumstances. Also the main lobby and the restaurant were completely empty without air-conditioning. I would definitely not go there again. Room number 1028.

I can understand hotel is under construction and few rooms are only available. Since hotel is upgrading the product. I accepted no AC in the lobby and thought I don’t need to stay in lobby and AC is working in rooms.I can’t understand poor service, rude staff, cockroaches in room and on top of it extremely poor handling of a complain. Upon checkin no associated was available at the desk ( since he was on a lunch break ). Waited for 20 minutes, post reaching to the room, two cockroaches were found and it was informed to lady manager on shift, she reverted we never said or approached to you to book this hotel ( I mean she clearly saying you made a mistake by booking, such a poor and unexpected statement from the hotel) I have decided to checkout at the same time and booked another hotel. I think top management of the hotel is just sleeping. Continue it….
