A very nice hotel with good facilities in the room and bathroom. The bathroom has a smart pot which is soo comfortable, the room has a mini bar, table to work, table for coffee and very comfortable sofa chairs. There is a digital safe in the cupboard. The housekeeping is very prompt and regular. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast is lavish and delicious which is complimentary. The hotel is not overly priced for the amenities that one is getting. Very clean and we'll maintained. 24 hours hot water in the shower, bathroom is very very clean which is very important. Over all a very good stay and highly recommended.

Very customer oriented hotel. The concept is similar of japan hotel I stay. They had japanese staff and they can speak japanese too. Interestingly they had air cleaner in the hotel. Always come here when on business trip. There is a small pool and somehow the pool is extremely cold.. I had a good swim and the guard will be there when I start swimming. Interesting hotel. Also, the restaurant serve very good japanese food... I had my dinner there and enjoy it..

I always stay at this hotel when I visit our Indian customers. Our office is only 10mins drive from this hotel making it the most convenient hotel location for me and my Japanese colleagues. Their Elaborate morning Japanese Breakfast is the best I have got in India.

This was the forth time to stay in this hotel. The only incredible accident I experienced was what should not be happened. Taxi driver who was arranged by this hotel to pick me up at Delhi airport took me to a wrong hotel. Furthermore, he did not know the direction of Dia Park. As I am a frequent comer to Gurgaon area, I could actually give the driver the correct instructions to reach Dia Park. If I am a first-time visitor, I will be in trouble at an unknown place. But nice follow-up by hotel management people was quite satisfactory. Food was also good. Gift shop in this hotel, Frangipani, is very nice. I strongly recommend Pashmina stole.

I was recommended to stay this hotel by my Japanese colleague. But their hospitality is not so good if I consider their hotel fee. Bed mattress is stiff, room air condition is not good, there is smoking smell, and A/C cannot control room temperature properly. Large public bath condition is good but its temperature is low. Usually this cost range hotel outlets are multiple type but there are only B3, and I could find out only one useable outlet far from bed. Japanese restaurant taste is OK, but again costly. Since my general comment is it's too costly. If they change their room fee then it is good, but currently there is big gap between their quality and cost. If you eagerly want to feel Japanese then you can stay there, otherwise you might feel expensive. I cannot recommend to stay with general room fee.
