    Extremely happy with the service that I get at this property . Especially with the house keeping service . I will like to call out Mr Rajendra who has provided exemplary and prompt service . I hope the hotel continues to live up to its standards

    Had the most memorable stay at LeMeridien gurgaon with a sumptuous dinner and a royal breakfast fit for a king with unlimited veg options .Thanks Mr Jaidev for a spectacular management .Thank you Jessica and Prashant for serving us oilfree healthy delights and taking care of our preferences . Special thanks to Mr. Ankur at front office for providing us EARLY check in to our preferred front view room.

    Hotel is good, clean and white coloured theme. Location is good and rooms and clean and sleep quality is good. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. Front office is effocient and smooth checkin and check outs and quick to respond to your requests. Biggest drawback is from the policy perspective which I do not understand. Their speciAlity Italian restaurant was booked for some event and no room for resident guests. Crazy why do you advertise on your app and website if resident guest cannot experience. You shall put notification in apps whats available and whats not. Day 2 pool was unavailable for resident guests as they had some private party. Wonder if it banquet or hotel? Towels needs replacement too.

    This was for the first time we felt that we wasted our money on a hotel. We had a bad experience that I will never forget. Because of the staff’s unprofessional behaviour and carelessness we almost missed the flight. So let me explain the details of my bitter experience, firstly, at the time of check-in they provided me a single key for the room and told me that they will give me another key in the evening as all the keys are gone for sanitisation but they never gave me the second key and I had to use my credit card in place of key to keep the lights on when one of us had to go out of the room. One unusual thing we noticed that they keep the mini bar/ fridge locked and told me that if I need something they will open it, didn’t understand the logic. The next morning when we went for the breakfast, they told us that there is no space and kept us waiting for 20-25 minutes, they told us that they will call us once a table gets available and they kept letting the people in who came after us but didn’t call us. At the time of check out I requested them to send the help for the luggage but again after 20-25 minutes there was no sign of help and we had 3 trolleys plus 2 bags and we were travelling with our 6 months old baby. After waiting for so long when we didn’t hear from them, we took all the luggage and came down to the reception for check out and when I complaint to them about the problem, the staff at front desk ignored me. Because of them we got almost an hour late and as a result we ran to catch our flight with so much luggage and my baby. Guys you really need to improve your service and professionalism. If you can’t manage the guests you have to look seriously into this matter becauseI never expect this kind of experience from a Marriott brand. Sorry to say but I am never planning to visit this property again.

    This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The lift has no air conditioning and doesn’t seem to have any ventilation (needless to say we are living in Covid times), you cannot access to Internet unless you have an Indian number (in a hotel?), we have tried to go to the swimming pool and the front desk says we can’t apparently due to an event (to which we are invited). We had to carry our own luggage to the room as no one was available to help us. Really really disappointed about the service in this place. Do not recommend to have a big event in this place, they are not fit for purpose.
