OYO Flagship 512 Deer Park

It was excellent and best to stay in budget type hotel. During booking this hotel online, I got an amazing deal. Breakfast was served in the room according to our choice. Menu has some limited menu but tasty.

Dirty linen and bed was not cleaned. Room was also dirty and were many mosquitoes and spider in the room. Bathroom was average and towels dirty. Staffs helpful but need more training. Location is good.

Bad quality linen with all stains, dont stay here even if they provide free accommodation. Purposely the lift is not being repaired since last three months. They need 100% payment in advance so that you dont run away after seeing linen with stain. Shame to start up like this - oyo

When I entered into the room and switched on the fan, too high noise started from the fan, however, attending manager promised and during my outing, got repaired. 2. No sign board of hotel affixed anywhere as a result I traced after 20 minutes - going here and there 3. OYO representative called for adding dinner but at counterman advised that payment pending o/a of dinner but dinner facility not available here. I called customer care but despite regretting on mistake, person started asking so many queries. I contacted so many times and approx Rs 45 incurred in phone for making 4 calls, every time attending person say for holding but after 5-7 min, but call was being disconnected by the attending representative. 5. Crockery was broken in which breakfast served and attending person said, order placed for crockery at this time, the same is available only. So overall experience was so bad

The property is extremely difficult to locate. It has no signage displaying that it is a hotel and in fact looks like its one of the residential houses its surrounded by. The reception is on the first floor adding to the confusion. The reception staff seems totally disinterested in any guest that checks in. The room that I was allotted was okay in size for two. But it was shabbily maintained. The bedsheet and the comforter was stained and evidently not changed or washed since long. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. It was also not cleaned since long. There were no towels. I asked them to replace the bedsheet so they replaced it with a combo of single bedsheet and a single bed duvet cover. The towels given were torn and dirty. The breakfast was included in the package and I got a food poisoning after having it. They had no sealed water bottles and were giving water in open seal bottles. Although they claimed it was a bisleri water but I doubt it. I had to shorten my stay because of all this. All they had to say on my plight was that they had a shortage of staff. Ironically oyo claims its a flagship hotel.
