Lemon Tree Premier Delhi Airport Hotel

Very good condition of hotel rooms with excellent service provided by Mr Ishwar, Atesh, Kapiljeet, Chef Brijesh & Chef Bedi. Great experience at the hotel and very friendly staff members. Food was really good and overall a great experience.

This is the first time I stayed at Lemon Tree Delhi Airport after Covid as the International flights restarted. I was recommended to this hotel by my cousin and I must say that I wasn't disappointed. We were welcomed by the hotel staff with a smile and greetings from every staff member from check in to throughout our stay. The hotel served a great variety of food - a great mixture from Indian, international, chinese and some kebabs. Chef Brijesh who came for feedback informed me that they have upgraded the food items in the menu. Thank you to Chef Brijesh for serving me Moong Dal halwa which I had after many years. It was absolutely delicious. My husband, who is not very fond of Indian food, also enjoyed it a lot. Chef's recommendation on Indian food is top notch. We were taken great care of in the dining area. At the breakfast even specially made chai was made available. The Head Chef is doing a great job and everyone under him is thriving. Boys and girls in the service area were quite helpful. Room boy who cleaned our room was courteous. Most importantly the staff from every department is so helpful, cheerful and kind and can easily communicate with you. I will be staying here again ....😊😊

Beautiful hotel-excellent food, professional staff, home away from home. Staff: very professional and hardworking. Special thanks to my bell boy and restaurant staff. Food:- DELICIOUS. Breakfast was perfect. Food was very good, thank you chef brijesh for delicious dosa and teatea and always willing to help. Atish and ishwar at the restaurant helped alot. We were served so caringly by brijesh and his team, Chef Khim went from tip to toes to serve us wonderful tea. Last but not the least Mr Mani from front desk was very humble and gentle. Surprised to note that RedFox Hotel which is a part of the Lemon Tree property, is not listed here on Trip Advisor. Conveniently located close to the airport. Was here for a very short, overnight stay. The rooms are decent, near and clean. Though being a transit hotel, the size of the rooms and the bathroom is just about enough. No indulgence. The breakfast spread however surprised me. Sufficient items on menu, live counter for dosa and eggs, fresh cut fruits, parathas, cholle bhature, poha and more. The tea that they served was just below expectation, else everything on the menu tasted fine!

Dear Team, I would like to appreciate not only the Services of Mr. Himanshu Sharma (Housekeeper) but also appreciate his excellent service quality, enquiring about the requirement, comfortable stay and one more important thing of him is that he acknowledges the situation and tries his best to help and show empathy towards the same. One such instance was that while he was cleaning my room, i was having my Daily Medicine and watching it he immediately approach and asked me if everything is fine and requested me to have a seat and take rest. I sincerely appreciate his services and request you to kindly convey my respects and appreciations to him. Thanks.
