Conveniently located property in Gurgaon with well maintained rooms and F&B Outlets. Even though property is 18yrs old but still has the charm. The general manager Mr. Walmart is a nice gentleman and can seen around the lobby. The staff at front office and F&B are good. Food is decent......rest everything was fine and they adhere COVID protocols.

It was a wonderful property. Breakfast, room comforts and amenities were on point. Helpful staff The location of the property, all the major outlets are located near the hotel. I would like to visit this property for special occasions as the staff is very good to take care of all your needs.

We had a great experience over there, we booked luxury suite and enjoyed a lot, we had breakfast as well and it was amazing.. it was our second visit in Fortune Global Select. They have Luxury ambience

We celebrated our daughters wedding at the hotel lawns and also had our guests staying at the hotel. We are very happy to state that our experience of the hotel in every aspect was very good. The staff were very courteous and professional in dealing with a wide variety of requests. They went out of their way to ensure our guests were comfortable and their needs were met. The F&B service and the food at the wedding lunch were also very god. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The hotel is located on nice location near metro station. Over all experience with the staff was good. Shivam was awesome at breakfast service.Security personal were nice and helpful in baggage handling. Apart from this I got some negative experience which I think A brand like ITC should improve on. Like A/C controller and shower head was fixed with a tape ,washbasin top was broken and was fixed with putty which looks very cheap.On 25th morning readymade coffee in Urn at breakfast buffet was spoiled as milk in it was curdled which could cause food poisoning , which I informed to the girl standing at door and she offered me coffee from machine instead of that readymade South indian coffee . To my amaze no supervisor or manager came to meet us and even on next day that in coffee was missing on buffet counter.
