Staff is too good, it was a successful event organised by us with the help of hotel staff, food was delicious, Rooms were cleaned, Both the halls were wonderful, I will full rating to Mahagun Sarover Portico, Vaishali

We had a good time at Mahagun Sarovar Fortico Suites. We were a large party and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Kapil and Lalit were great and helped us organize all our events successfully. Our guests had a good time and we left with fond memories.

Rundown facilities and unclean rooms! The facilities are run down with very dusty floor, unmaintained rooms. So zero marks for housekeeping. We had a hole in the ply floor and we informed reception who changed our rooms to slightly better rooms. Still the couch chair and stool were so dirty and there were hairs and dust in the beddings. Checkin was slow, however staff were supportive. In room dining was excellent and the Breakfast buffet was great too. Check out was good. Late checkout was provided until 1pm.

Seems to be hidden away and approach is a bit old worldly - entrance is through a bye lane The Suite is good in size but all ameneties had been removed and all seem to be chargeable - even an ice bucket Thge check out was very tedious even tghough the Receptiion Desk had been given 3o minutes notice Okay for a short lay over But good value for money

I have a booking for my Friend Mr Dharmendra Gehlot for Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites Vaishali Delhi, Booking was made directly from Sarovar Portico Portal and also payment was too high After all my friend Mr Dharmendra Gehlot reached yesterday night 10 o'clock, He is a good and reputed Businessman of Flower Market Your Hotel facilities were so poor and remarkable with high laziness, hotel welcome staff did not know about guest welcome and help to check in also. Your Reception staff give a key and tell you about the Room number and no staff to carry luggage and help to find a room with Mr Dharmandra. He found and reached the room on self level. After That no service will be provided by hotel staff. My guest Mr Dharmendra is a businessman and go for early morning at Gajipur Flower Market (Mandi) approx 03:30 AM and return hotel after 2-3 hours early morning, and take some rest. When he was checked out the hotel approx 10 AM, he surprised that his car Puncher by Hotel staff, He complain to hotel manager than he told that we have no parking so "Sorry" my staff done this
