    Caspia hotel is a home away from home. I can say this when ever where ever , that they are masters of hospitality business..caspia hotel is full of friendly,effective ,highly skilled and well trained staff that are always at the services of their guests..caspia hotel is a place i will live to remember ,most especially the restaurant where i met a very formidable team of workers that are alway on time and point.     We stayed in the hotel as it is nearer to Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Rohini. Metro station is walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and services are prompt and on point. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was awsome as there was lot of choices. Staff are very cordial and always ready to assist you. We stayed in September 2021, November 2021 and February 2022.

    This seems to be a very old property , requires a lot of maintenance and upgrades .we unfortunately booked for a wedding but we're highly disappointed . 1) Although smoking is not permitted in rooms , some rooms were smelling really bad , even after constant complaints neither the room was changed nor was the issue taken care of despite repeated reminders to the reception and the person incharge miss Divya and Mr Mohanty.One of such room was alloted to a teenager , the parents were allotted room , on the day of the check out the mother went to the child's room for some work and they both had a big fight regarding smoke smell in the room , the mother alleging that the son smoked in the room, however thankfully since the complaint was lodged on day one , the issue was clarified , but ofcourse lot of moods were spoiled. 2) lockers were not kept open in any rooms, after repeated requests and nearly 2 -4 hours they send someone to open.Is it not standard policy to keep them open for guest use at the time of check-in , that too wedding guests, don't you expect them to carry jewellery ? 3) In 50 % of the bathrooms the soap dispensers were not working , the remaining which were working were fitted in such a way that they used to fall down , when you try to use them . Upon complaining about it , the lame excuse provided was that due to ongoing covid for the safety of the guests we are providing soap bars instead of dispenser . Point to ponder , why only in 50% rooms , why not all the rooms .....think think.... 4) The doors and locks in some rooms do not function as well or smoothly . The door alignment in rooms is so bad that it is touching the flooring in some rooms , causing great difficulty for guests to open . Sometimes a little force is also required to open them , God forbid if the door does not close properly again , they demand hefty charges (3000/-) for repairs of same Citing you have damaged our property . 5) They are highly understaffed also , they do not have full fledged house keeping and bell desk staff . It takes them eternity , if you put in any requests . No one to Clean the rooms post 6 pm ? So if you have a tragedy , sir please wait till morning . House keeping staff is not available now .
