ADB Rooms Hotel Ivory Palace Karol Bagh

Hotel is ultimate and value for money. Lobby super and decorated. Buffet breakfast is very nice delicious. I will have to taste it before I add another star.We spent an afternoon at the restaurant n we really liked the non-vegetarian platter specially the fish. Ambience was nice. Overall experience was good. Bathroom and shower very clean. Everything is okay. My hotel experience super and great.

The best service in this hotel. Because they are nice and professional with clean uniform. A complete stay. I am first guest in this hotel and nice experienced. Bathroom no doubt so that it was clean. Amazing view of hotel and rooms. Excellent and comfortable stay for 5 nights. Nice tour and no complaints.

We stay first time and 1 night in the hotel ivory, room is same that I was booked first class ac, led tv high quality, snacks, free morning breakfast, complementary wifi connect with easy in your laptop or android mobile phone. it was very cleaning room service were quickly and eating was freshly, in bathroom with fresh towel and freshly shower gel , 24*7 facilities. A great and memorable stay.

I landed late at night in Delhi. Long story short the "taxi" couldn't bring me to my hotel because roads were "blocked" so they brought me to the "tourist office" which then was trying to sell me "good deals" at 1am while I kept on repeating that I just want a place to sleep, and they said ok we will bring you to an hotel (Ivory) which turns out to cost 3000 rupees, the room was discusting. You're typical first-time-in-India-scam-story

My wife and I did not stay in this hotel by choice but were forced to. I booked Hotel Yug Villa, Karol Bagh, Delhi. I was told that the room I booked has been given to someone else (Yes, you read that right) and as a result I have to stay in Hotel Ivory Palace for a night. These two hotels belong to the same owner and no wonder both are worthless. I will be sharing reviews of these hotels. Since I was forced to carry my luggage and belongings to this hotel, I had no other choice but to look for the best room that Hotel Ivory Palace can offer. Suites are supposed to be better than the rest and as a result I opted for a suite. The experience that followed was horrible to say the least. Our suite was named "Chinees Suite" (You read that right again, it wasn't a typo from my end). This sets the tone for you. Chinees instead of Chinese. Gosh!! The room had a lock which we could open and enter into but wait, the lock didn't work from inside. It was almost broken. So what do you do? You cant leave your door open!! Aah, you see a latch which was dangling by a screw or two. With no other options, we decided to latch in. The first thing you see are the floors and carpets, all decorated with stain and dirt. Next is the washroom which had a broken window just to make sure that the guys from the neighboring terrace gets a good view. With no other options but to sleep,we realized that the bed had sharp broken edges of metallic plates hanging next to the pillow. One can easily injure his eyes or hands. I have shared photos as evidence of what I mentioned above. See to believe. As a guest, how else do you want your stay to be spoiled? I did not have the luxury to ask for wifi (which I guess would have been of no use) or other room service. If this is their best room, I feel pity for the guest who stayed or will be staying in other rooms.
