This hotel is located just adjoining of India's famous and biggest retail and wholesale market as you can purchase everything of your needs, even electronic and mobiles on very good price. Good location, Easy approach in center of delhi. There are many vegetarian and non-vegetarian famous restaurants nearby. Rooms are very good, neet and clean. And the all staff of hotel was very decent they makes you feel vary happy and satisfy with their services and you feels as like home. The ambience of hotel, hospitality and environment was so good. Specialy I will mention the name Mr. Sanjay Singh the front desk manager that his communication with guest makes feel very respectfull and too comfortable. His attendance on counter makes you happy and comfortable by responding on time of your all calls for any type of room service or complaints if any.

Our stay at this hotel experience was awesome. The hospitality and the services provided by the staffs were outstanding. Most of all, the hotel room; bathroom and the overall ambiance of this hotel was really clean and fresh. The rooms were cleaned and sanitized daily. During this pandemic all the staffs were very cautious about safety and hygiene and were taking effective precautions. All in all, the staff etiquette were up to the mark, where we were treated in a humble manner and our needs were addressed efficiently. We definitely would stay here upon our next trip to New Delhi and would recommend for other visitors as well.
