Worst stay, complete wastage of time and money.

The service experience at the property was so pathetic, Ac was not working through out the stay, technician disturbed us thrice still can't resolve the issue. They didn't even offered the welcome water and there was no response from room service too . I parked car in parking and handed the key to concerned person but at the time of checkout i found my car parked outside the premises and was even not locked, its such a hudge blunder that can't be ignored. Staff at city westend Don't know the meaning of DND tag, they kept on knocking and disturbing us agin and again for one and other thing. Both hands folded its my humble request not to book your stay at this property, horrible experience.

This hotel is the worst place you will ever find in punjabi bagh they are fraudsters.. At the time of check in they will take security amount and then will refuse to repay for some stupid reason..uneducated staff and even the owner is uneducated dont know how to do business not even sense how to talk to a customer.. Cheap hotel cheap staff cheap owner

I had booked 12 rooms for my daughter's wedding thru OYO and made advance payment but Hotel denied booking just two days before wedding without giving any reason. Entire OYO team could not do anything and expressed their helplessness. Latter I came to know Hotel had taken another booking at much higher rates from some other group. Booking reference OCVE0953 dated 15th September, 2019
