    this is best business hotel rooms was very nice rooms and comfortable stay , wi fi speed better connecting with login with mobile number and friendly staff..its excellent budget hotel heartfully I stayed...Overall decent place for overnight stay for budget traveller..

    Had an horrible experience of cockroaches on 4th floor rooms. Running around the entire room even on the bed and side table. Had to request for change of rooms. Mosquito is another issue in the hotel. Don't forget to ask for repellent machine. Breakfast speed is sufficiently good even though it's not large. Staff are friendly. They give 24 hour check out if booked directly with them. Pricing is higher when booked directly as compared to portal like FabHotels.

    This is a typical business hotel good for 1 night stay and if location is suitable. Rooms are huge and AC was perfect. There is good variety of restaurants / hotels nearby to choose from. However, breakfast has very limited variety and food quality is very average. Though front office staff was very helpful and courteous, staff at the Restaurant is rude and service left a lot to be desired (it took them 20 minutes for a cup of coffee, toaster was out of order). Connecting to wifi was such a hassle, couldnt connect till the end of my stay. Hotel does not have a business centre / meeting rooms and the roof top restaurant is inconvenient for business meetings.

    I would stay here as it was right across my office in Jubilee Hills. The only thing that works in it's favour is the location. It is surrounded by quite a few restaurants & cafes. The rooms are decent but the bathrooms could do with some upgrade. Do skip the passable breakfast and instead grab some fresh & yummy idlis and dosa's from the dhaba in front of the Andhra Prabha office right across the road.

    I stayed here for 2 nights in May. Their service is terrible and the staff totally indifferent. I requested an early check in, I was asked to come and then made to wait do over and hour for check in. For 3 days of my stay the WIFI was not activated inspite of 8 to 10 reminders. A small item from my room was taken away by housekeeping. I complained to the management. No response. I wrote to Fabhotels after my return. Their response too was standard blab, blab.... It looked like they had'nt even bothered to read my mail. NOT FAB AT ALL
