- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to Check-In to this accommodation.

- The accommodation’s reserves the right to decline check in for locals/same city residents / Posing Couples. In such cases Happyeasygo will not be responsible for any refunds due to the above mentioned reason.
- All accommodation’s charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge if applicable would have to be cleared directly at the accommodation(s).
- Happyeasygo is a booking platform provider and all property service related issues to be escalated at the accommodation during your stay.
- For “Day Use” booking, extension of stay beyond the time slots booked will levy additional charges as per the accommodation discretion.
- All Government taxes and charges shall be applicable on actual basis.
- Any coupon discount on the original booking shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation or modification.
