Hotel Almati Inn

Recently we visited Almati Inn. The hotel is aptly located. Hotel has good and spacious room. Room service was good especially the dining room service and wide range of platter. Found the overall ambience and infrastructure very good. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Almati Inn during October 2021. The property is quite good and well furnished. It is located very close to the airport (take hardly 10-15 mins to reach the airport. We had booked a premium deluxe room. However the same was not available so upon arrival they upgraded us to a family room. The room was very spacious and properly furnished which lots of electricity points for all your devices. However, they need to improve the service quality. We weren't given the key till the next day, while once doesn't have any specific need of key during the night but I'd feel safer if I have the key to the room. We had asked them to provide some towels in the night itself as we had to leave early in the morning. However, they provided the same only in the morning after multiple calls for almost 45 mins. The towels were full of stain, however, the staff claimed that they have freshly arrived from the laundry. I'd recommend the hotel to outsource the laundry to a better vendor. The breakfast was good (limited options but filling. Check-in and check-out were super quick. Sleep quality was good. I won't mind staying again if they improve the service quality.

The lobby is good, the rooms are ok but toilets are very dirty. The taps were dirty and broken. Washbasin, mirror was dirty. Room was stinking with Cigarette smell and we being a family it was horrible to sleep in such rooms. we had booked for 3 nights but checked out in a day.

Booked a North India trip of Delhi-Agra-Jaipur through Make my trip and was assured and charged for 4 star hotels in all cities. The hotel booked in New Delhi was Almati Inn , which was worse than a roadside guesthouse. On complaining all we got was rude replies and " fend for yourself" attitude. We were left on the road with no assistance after paying huge advance. Pathetic attitude of MMT staff. I would advise everyone to stay clear of their hotel ratings. They are terrible and they don't have any feedback process. All protests are a waste of time. Please steer clear of ever thinking of using MMT for your trips. The photos you see are of 4 star hotel as per MMT.

We stayed at the hotel on December 2nd. The place is very poorly maintained. Mirror was broken in the washroom. The service was extremely poor. Ask to get the glass for water multiple times. Ordered food it was poorly cooked. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
