Best in class service . My marriage was on 15th november 2021. Had a wonderful experience , co-operative staff, Mr Krishna Mohan Ojha ( gem of a person) leading all the activities very gracefully. Food is very good . Absolutely loved the experience.

It was a pleasant stay of guests, excellent amenities, staff had quality and friendly behavior. Nice restaurant, good range in buffet, delicious cuisines. Easy to locate. Meeting board room and stays were spacious. Over all its was a nice stay and would love to stay again.

Food was very good. Our wedding functions went really well. All the guests loved the food specially the desserts. Chef helped us decide the best menu for the event. All arrangements made by team park Ascent were great. Thank you for assisting with the events. Keep up the good work.

This is over priced hotel. Location of hotel is very poor for business class. I have stayed here for 3 nights but they had given worst room in the property. Cant find any view from window, they have tainted glass to hide slum location once you entered in you will find aloof from the world.Gym /fitness center equipment selection is poor, it is for formality. Bar /breakfast dinner menu is very very costly. Behaviour of reception staff is not friendly. Laundry is overpriced. hotel bed it is most torturing point, they have low cost spring matress in the room which is not at all comfortable to sleep. You can find good service level /luxury in other hotel at lesser rate. Overall my experience in the hotel was not comfortable and very poor . So I have changed hotel. Even though it was budget hotel but still very comfortable from this hotel.
