Had excellent stay in the hotel price was affordable though we booked it 10 days prior to our visit, rooms where good and decent bathroom was clean....staff was friendly nd helpfull....the only draw back was that we didn't have hot water 24hrs....the hotel provided hot water only on specific time.....😔

By looking those Snaps which updated on their site, we had booked this hotel for 03 days. Me and my wife traveled long way from Bangalore to ooty for our first year anniversary. Check-in, that stupid receptionist made us to wait for an hour. Then given Corner room ,Room was not at all clean, Old sheets.. Dull Lightings. Garbage's were outside of our Room door, Room Attendant...OMG what an attitude. Being a hotelier, first of all learn what is behavior. Fine, we adjusted all...Here is the Great Story...We Requested for CAB, Reception Staff said. Rs.1500. we hadn't bargain. just accepted. While we roam around, driver became very friendly and he mistakenly disclosed the actual rate(Rs.500 Only). we stunned. Fine Leave it. While Checkout One Tall Stupid Fellow was there, Instead of Provide In room Dining Bill, he has calculated on simple white bit paper. said 740Rs food plus 1500 Rs for Cab. Okay...I ll pay by card... No sir it has to pay by Cash only (coz then only they can take their cheated Money) i Said i dont have cash, No issue sir, pay 1240 by card, Remaining by cash. After Few minutes, that night shift guy, Sir just Come with me I ll show ATM, withdraw n give. I Accepted and we Moved Our Vehicles. his Vehicle directly gone to Fuel Station. Sir, Instead of cash, fill the Petrol to my vehicle. I Know very well, these gentleman's are all cheating me. Even though let it be, Coz wife was there. Place also new. Bloody Cheaters.. better You would ask me money, more than enough i would give. Dear Replier, Brilliantly Don't ask, could you please share your Booking details!!!??? We booked this looking at the some reviews and pictures. It's a terrible experience. There was construction on when we visited. We got a room in 4th floor with lift not working. Worst was the room was like filled webcobs, mosses, bed was like picked from trash, bedsheets were dirty. Extra pillows has dirty stains and black moses. We had booked with complimentary breakfast was another mistake. The kitchen and dinning area looked like has been cleaned for ages. Extremely unhygienic. Only good thing was staff was friendly and it's located very close to most of tourist spots.

I stayed here in Room 202 for 3 days from 5th July 2019. Firstly, The room doesn't seems to be great as shown in website/app and I am showing real pics of my rooms its enough to speak on my behalf My suggestion is to stay away from property.
