Great hospitality and nice hotel❤️ all staffs are very professional and kind. Nice service. Spent nice time with family. Kids were enjoyed in kids area. Tasty food! kudos to all staff and hotel management !!!

This is my first stay at a ITC group hotel and they did live up to their reputation in a big way. I stayed at the property for a total of 4 nights and each day proved to be better than the day before with the warmth that the staff spread with their hospitality. We traveled to Ooty for the very first time marking a very important family event and this place and it's staff left a very long lasting impression on our family that we are now longing to travel to Ooty during the monsoon and more importantly to unwind at this place. It just elevated the whole experience to a level higher. I would like to personally extend my deep gratitude to Venkat (Guest Relations, F&B Manager), Satheesh and all the front desk and restaurant staff for taking care of us so well during our stay. One particular thing I would like to highlight before signing off is the quality, taste and the variety of food. Though we have mostly rooted for South Indian dishes which btw were very remarkable and outstanding, I did also try a few North Indian entrees and main course which was done to perfection both in terms of taste and quality.

I stayed here with my wife & 2 kids for two nights. It is in nice location near Govt rose garden. Best hospitality with welcoming staffs and with good spread of buffets. Surrounded by lush green lawns and gardens. Rooms were cosy. All were happy and wish to visit again soon...

Excellent hospitality & the quality of the food was good. All the necessary facilities were provided. The restaurant staffs & services were awesome.would definitely come again, if i visit ooty.Housekeeping services finished on time.

THE STAY: I drove approximately 7.5 hours from Bangalore via Gudalur to reach to Sullivan Resort. It was certainly a great experience staying at Sullivan Resort. Unlike other Fortune resorts / hotels, rooms are bit “different” we could say. Not at all bad, but different. The staff there is highly courteous and they will make sure to make customer experience the best! I somehow didn’t get a chance to capture room’s photo. Stayed for 2 nights. P.S. Google maps might get you in trouble reaching at the resort! Would suggest travellers to search for Rose Garden instead of Sullivan Resort. HAD TO EAT SOMETHING: Day 1: Food seemed average and few delicacies were not available. Eventually ended up ordering burger and fries along with Lemon Iced Tea for evening snack & Dal Fry & Jeera Rice for dinner. Dal fry somehow was sweet. Lemon Iced Tea was certainly amazing! Day 2: Asked the chef to make their Yellow Dal a bit spicy, and I sure did not regret my decision! It was totally amazing! Ordered Dal Fry, Naan & Stir Fry Mushroom & again, ended up craving for Lemon Iced Tea and I had to order it. P.S. 2 You might get confused while ordering from Room service (order-in) menu since the timing written on the menu is not followed strictly - even with (24) hour mark. You’ll have to ask for availability for each item. VERDICT: Overall a great experience! Their staff can take entire credit for making the stay super comfortable and homely! Would surely give 4 circles and a semi-circle if there was an option! Definitely gonna stay at Sullivan Resort if I visit Ooty anytime again!
