An excellent stay of 6 days at this prime location property.The professional attitude of the staff was a unique experience & it was full of warmth,care & great service.Kiran,Lovely & Riya at the reception were very prompt in attending to all requests. Sunny,a catering staff guy was excellent in care for my food requests to the minor detail of preparing a tea as per my requirement & taste during my stay. The overall experience has been a change from experience at other hotels in Patna where service was not up to the mark.Speaks volumes of the management of Ginger hotels Patna,Thx….Hope for a stay again soon.🥂

Good, nice ambient, Avnish was very supportive, would highly recommend this hotel. Room was so quite and hygiene with clean . T Reception staff was also very nice. Location was very good and near to patna railway station.

Very good hospitality. Staff behaviour is nice. Room was neat and clean. Hotel location is good and between the centre of the patna city. Foods was ok. One suggestion is to provide Wi-Fi speed little bit faster. Special thanks to Mr. Sunny

Situated at prime location in Patna with awesome catering services. Staff behaviour is very good especially Avnish Singh is vey hospitable. Resturant have variety of hot n delicious meals. Don't miss the breakfast out here.
