Hotel's location was good .We booked 15 rooms for marriage functions with very reasonable price. Food quality was excellent.welmaintained room .staffs are behaving like homely and friendly.it is the best point for us. They served many types of food in buffet breakfast.I prefer this hotel for stay and function also .

Wow this hotel is really good.all staff are helpful.i stayed there in February with my family for marriage .I booked 15rooms.room was specious and buffet breakfast was good.And they have provide hygienic food with nice decoration with yummy tasty. They have well maintained room and amenities.Housekeeping asking three times a day for room cleaning.Front office staff are excellent.i prefer this hotel to other.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a work trip. The hotel was substantially cheaper than other options and it suited me well as it is 3 minutes walk from the UN head offices, which is where I had most of my meetings. I think your experience of this hotel is very dependent on the room you get. My windows opened on to the roof next door, but I also looked into the attic which was not ideal. But it looked like the other rooms were better. The room was a good size (large enough to do exercises in it without moving anything), comfortable and clean. The service was good, friendly and helpful. There was limited choice for breakfast, but the food was always very tasty. The surrounding neighbourhood is noisy, but this dies down around 10pm. If you walk out the hotel and turn left all you see is filth, if you turn right you walk into a very much nicer part of Patna.

it's so hard to review hotels during this COVID period. This hotel was fine for what it is. It's not part of an international chain and it's not terribly expensive. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is what we wanted. However, we didn't have an "amazing" experience. Some of this may be because of room choice. We went with the biggest room in the hotel, room 303. I don't know if our issues were because of this room or because of the hotel overall. The room is quite huge, as is the bathroom. The bathroom, in particular was a lot of wasted space. The hotel Wi-Fi was mostly unusable for us (fortunately, we had hotspots). The TV was very far from the bed, the best place for a straight forward view and where you want to be when watching before sleeping. The TV wasn't exactly small, but for the distance from the bed, it was small. There weren't many accessible light switches or electric outlets in the room. The light switch was a long way from the bed. The bathroom was really disappointing. There is a large bathtub, but there was no water (or too low water pressure) to actually run water into the tub. It was useless except as a shelf to set things on. For the size of the bathroom, there was very little shelf space for putting our things from the bathroom. There was low water pressure to the shower head...and sometimes no warm water at all. The shower head is placed right in the middle of the bathroom. So to take a shower requires soaking the bathroom floor. There seemed to be only one wiper (squeejie) for the whole hotel, so to keep one in that bathroom (to try to keep the floor dry) wasn't allowed. And the last event, because we had to leave early on Sunday morning, we wanted to pay our bill on Saturday. We did do that as we had some room service orders. We were able to pay that, but on Sunday morning, it seemed that there was no record that we had paid. It was a bit of a discussion before we were finally allowed to leave without paying again. It all worked out...but it left a less than pleasant taste in our mouths.

Bed experience room is very bed small size breakfast is not good reception is good.staf is good.room service is not better.Landmark is bed.I suggest not go to this hotel for family and friends trip. Only for 1 day stay not comfortable.
