Hotel Royal Ville

As always I find it the best place in Patna City to stay in their Premium Club Suit, the largest double room they have. Two separate rooms, one for bed, other for meetings etc with sofas & separate TV. Breakfast is complimentary served in the room itself.

I have been stay for one night with my family and the service was really so nice and staff are very cooperative. i enjoy much during my stay with nice and healthy food. Very nice rooms and good guilty of service. Thanks.

I booked this hotel by calling and then e-mailing. They are very responsive and there was no issue. The suite room was large enough for a family of 4 (even with one extra bed). Room was clean, toilet bathroom area also clean and functional. Thing I liked was the food and drinks from the hotel. Hotel provided me taxi when I needed and the taxi driver was also good and helpful. I think instead of so called luxury hotels where service part may not be very good, this is an excellent alternative in Patna without any branding of luxury hotel. The location is little difficult but the taxi drivers will find with little asking. It is in the centre of the city. Free Wifi was excellent. My suggestion to the hotel is that the toilet part can be made little more cleaner and check the paintings of the doors and walls and the fittings. You may provide a proper location map of the area starting from IT Circle with proper milestones so that guest can give that to the taxi driver for locating the place. I loved the service part too.

The suite is the best accommodation for business meetings. You can call a meeting of even 10 persons. Room service, food quality, house keeping are good. Value for money if you want to have meetings on your business trip.

This place is in a good position, though the entrance way of the hotel is terrible. Otherwise I have taken suit room. Food quality is also good. Bath room require more clean. Wifi also required more development. Complementary breakfast is very very limited, Only one item. In lunch, rice is very little, it's required more for some one . But over all good.
