The Red Velvet Hotel

Let me share my personal experience with RED VELVET SAMARPAN, I stayed there for 10 days, booked 25+ rooms for my 50+ guests, 4 banquets for the sangeet and wedding functions. Our guests who stayed there was more than happy with the facilities provided in Gm Samarpan, we had a smooth staying and check-in and check out experience and I would like to thank Mr.Roshan Mishra for making it happen. Now let's come to food, Samarpan served us the best taste in the town. All thanks to Mr Sunil (CHEF) who helped us to select the menu for Sangeet, wedding and separate lunch for 2 days. He took care of our taste and make sure that every guest love the food and services, and trust me he and all the dedicated kitchen team deserve a big appreciation for that. Last but not the least, I would like to thank Mr.Roshan for making everything happen. She arranged everything we asked for, she took care of the banquet, and she was always ready to assist, and just a call away, she was always available for us. Thank you Red velvet samarpan and each and every staff who directly or indirectly assisted us during our stay and ceremony, and helped us make a lifetime memory of my sister's wedding. again thanks Mr.Roshan Mishra🙏🤝.

Wonderful hotel specially food was delicious brilliant service.nice location very near to airport skill and trained Staff's Room was very big and comfortable glass road side view specially for family and friends visit again

Based on my two stays at this hotel I can confidently recommend anyone visiting Patna city to choose this hotel without any second thought. With spacious rooms, clean premises, good quality food and very friendly courteous staff, this place is perfect for both business and family travelers. I applaud the staff and management of this hotel with special mention of it's GM who are always working towards a high customer satisfaction.

This happened this week. Definitely not a place for corporate bosses, families or ladies. The staff here seems to have been picked off the streets or only have prior experience of managing public toilets. A normal hotel's staff would ring the bell of the room or knock/ bang on the door or shout out as a last resort. But at Red Velvet the staffers just barge into the room without warning by using their masterkey to unlock any door and then start a conversation as though its the normal thing to do. No concept of security or privacy or training in basic etiquette. Their butter chicken was decent. So this place is good only to order home delivery food. But from a safe distance only. Do not venture here.
