Average hotel at Aberdeen bazar.

We stayed here only for a night.Check out time is 8 AM.The room we stayed had an AC, was functioning and washroom was also acceptable.The entrance to this hotel was narrow stairs and there is no proper front desk.The hotel is undergoing renovations.Rooms are old and maintained not so good.Food available on order but Ananda restaurand is 2 mins walk from this hotel.The only good thing is it is in Aberdeen bazar and good restaurants and Marina park is in walking distance.Overall experience is average.

Only good points about this hotel is its food and location. Location is in Aberdeen market where you can get plenty of shops. Also the major tourist spots in Port Blair are within 10-15 minutes ride from this place. Food served is simple and homely. The outside look of the hotel is very poor as it is a very old hotel and its condition is deteriorating. Rooms are small and ill maintained. Although staff behavior is good, the behavior of Manager is not friendly.

The main advantage is location.It's located in Aberdeen Bazaar.other than this nothing special.Hotel entrance view is awful.Rooms are too average fitted with old television,very dirty floor mats. Roadside rooms are too noisy.There is no hot water,not even proper normal water supply in the bath room. They started renovating the rooms just.But i am strongly recommending to viewers not to stay in this hotel as of now.

Head manager is very bad.his language is not good.dont stay here. only good thing it is in market.rate is also not so cheap with respect to other hotels in port blair.i willnot recommend to anybody here.

Terribly bad hotel: Geysers of AC rooms were not working properly ( checked out two separate rooms: room no.203 and 201), water supply condition horrible. Plastering of some rooms has come out, and they are not at all bothered. Management is even worse: not at all acceptable. Saw another visitor complaining: the reception guy bluntly said, Geyser not available for non AC rooms, in a very rash tone. Changed the very next day. Star rating: -5 ( minus 5 ) Recommendation: Don't ever book this one. Better chose Western park or RAM niwas in vicinity ( 3 mins walk)
