Hotel stay is a foremost to enjoy and had a discipline hospitality given by the staffs and the service provided . Especially Dr.Maria Operational manager is a very descent personality ,helping following up and keep ready for our pleasant stay. Very honestly and safe stay for the family and kids . I stayed with with my 10 groups of family not even a single trouble, Thanks to treebo please honor Dr.Maria he is doing beyond his service level.

Hotel seems good at affordable price but pls don't give ur car for wallet parking or for any thing ..they don't know how to par and bumper got heavily damaged by them ..and they say we ar not responsible for this..shiit dammit

The stay was not good for family people Room service was very bad E.g if TV is not working and if we call them they won't come to our room The bar is in the entrance. Wish it would have been in some other place Staff did not co-operate There was no room service at all

What was fine - The room was well sized. It had a refrigerator, Bathroom was ok. 24 hr hot water due to geyser. The bed was good. Sheets were clean. 2 snack items that we ordered were fine in taste. The location is very central. You can easily get ricks to go sightseeing. Lots of shops around. Lots of eateries close by. What we did not like - no tea-coffee supplies. No windows in the room. Felt stuffy. The geyser is above the bathroom. so the ceiling has developed mould and does not look appealing. There was strong phenyl smell in the room. Only 2 bedside lamps were working. The 2 ceiling lamps were not working. We called them to check it and fix. They said they would return with a bulb. But nobody came back. While it was ok with the 2 bedside lamps, a 3rd ceiling lamp would have made it much better. The room service for 2 snack items that we ordered in the evening came late after almost an hour of ordering. The room service did not pick up the phone for dinner. So we went out and had dinner. The restaurant on the top floor seem to be advertised more as a bar and with the dingy feel of the hotel, did not feel like going to try it out. Breakfast is not ready even at 8:30. The breakfast was served in their bar & restaurant. It was cold & not fresh. I think it functions more as a bar than a restaurant. Hence this late start. I would not recommend families or couples to stay here. While the basic bed and bath was fine, the other amenities were not up to mark and we did not feel comfortable there. The receptionist and the cleaning ladies were courteous, but they need to be trained for a higher standard.
