We booked for 1 night for 150 People. Property is not maintained at all. Pathetic service. A complete BUZZKILL. Not recommended for those who want peace, service & good food. It's better to be at home rather than going to this so called resort.

I do not know, why this resort on rci website when there is no affiliation. there is not a single basic facility available. Rooms - bad. toilets in the room bad. Out site toilets you cannot even look at it. same food repeated all days.

We booked for 2 nights for 2 families but checked out in 1 night due to horrible service, food and cleanliness. No refund was made instead we were told everythijg is so good and we should appreciate hard work of their staff. Resort is not maintained properly and reception staff is too arrogant to accept anything. Sanjha chulha food is pathetic and cleanliness is horrible. No snacks items like biscuits, chips etc available if you want to buy. In gaming zone you have to pay for individual game, water slides are in pathetic condition and top it all electricity failures multiple times in a day is making it all worse experience

Pathetic place. Not maintained at all. Food quality is bad and they provide no room service. Pool is small and water activities means just few slides. In Game zome most games are charged individually. Only one person runs around to manage the game zone. Since they had more customers they just added too much water into food and served. Worst experience ever. Nothing is maintained...rusted bars..slides..

If tou want to enjoy seanary then I suggest this resort but if you want good service then I service then I suggest any other resorts . This is a very terrible ressort The management the food manager and many things were terrible. They said 15 minutes for the Hi-tea and they took more than 80 minutes and this is very disappointing the food manager started arguing at the very end point and ruined our mood and said I will cancel your order the veg/non-veg was very bad but the pure veg was good . We were 40 people and we all were disappointing by the service worst service......
