they have recently transferred the management to OYO and their services are amazing. Location is a bit away from the city centre. I really appreciate the staff, the food, and the services. Since the management and services have been changed, ya'll should really try it out.

Stay was average. As room was quite big. Room floor cleanliness need to consider by hotel. Reception guys quite friendly. Breakfast is very poor. They serve two option with bread in their so called buffet breakfast also all in cold. In room dining was ok. They have bar. Overall to say OYO townhouse slowly losing their standards what initially they had what my experience says with last few OYO townhouse stays.

Breakfast is very average. Room Service is very slow. Have to remind hotel staff 2 - 3 times if any service has been asked. Would recommend only if other good hotels are sold out. Rooms are good. Still wont give more than 3 star. No proper munching place near the hotel. Food is not upto mark.

We had booked 20 rooms for two days. Reception staff by the name Pratima made stay hell for us. Not just was she abusive, she never assisted the elderly in gettin the luggage to rooms. People had to do on their own or wait for min half hour till other staff would come and speed up. She abused two of our guests and was about to get physical too. Surprise is she is still working there . Was removed in the last few hours . Two check in were delayed by 6 hours but check out had to be done on time . Water was not available in all rooms. and no remotes of AC available. But we were charged .Some of teh staff are exceptionally good but due to people like the lady receptionist our stay was terrible .

I would give zero star. . . Horrible experience and that too in a OYO run hotel. It was booked for our family wedding.we had 20 rooms still we face dao many issues. The front office staff and management have confilcts amongst self. Incharge their named palak is highly unprofessional and below standards of hotel industry.. All our guests kept on fighting all 3 days during our stay. In a almost 30 bedded hotel they keep only 5 buckets and 5 mugs and keep on shifting amongst the rooms. Breakfast got over in between and they changed menu on their owm as per their own convenience without May prior intimation for remaining guest putting us in an embarrassing situation. Guest we're not allowed to check in at night even after giving prior intimation and they kept the guest waiting at night for 3 hours and not let them in even after knowing it's a wedding fucntion. No staff comes to pick ur luggage at recption. It's difficult for old people to reach this hotel as they have to climb steep stairs around 15 steps which are without any side railing and is highly risky. They also take photographs of your original ID saying they have to upload on OYO despite giving them a scanned copy of ID which is highly risky and can lead to fraudulent activities. Worst experience we had and all our guests were highly dissatified. The OYO management should better look into the matter seriously. Trip type Family Rooms- 3.0 Service-1.0 Location- 5.0
