    Malls are nearby this place and worth staying here.Food was good.If you are booking online book along with breakfast.So that it will be cheap for you.Staff was helpful as I checked in at 12o clock midnight

    Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Easy to locate, but the only challenge is one way of the nearby road. I was given the room on 1st floor. It are very neat and tidy. Staff are extremely helpful. Food was good. They get it from their neighbor restaurant. Overall a good stay.

    This budget hotel has nice spacious rooms, and thats where all good things about this hotel ends. The restaurant is poorly managed. The food service is short on expectations. The morning buffet breakfast is awfully clumsy. For butter on toast they serve nutralite claiming it to be milk butter....??? The tea bags in room kettle are given with lot of grudge....! The room TV was not working well, twice called the staff but was not repaired completely. Why run a place if they do not have the basic professionalism in running hotels.

    I am Staying in this Hotel Currently , but the Hotel is in Pretty bad shape . No Cleaning done , No Changing of bedsheet and Quilt , No water bottle in the room , No Tissue roll in the washroom . Dirty empty kettle kept in the room - tea, milk and Sugar missing - What is to be done with the Kettle then??? When i told to get the Comboard / bathroom cleaned - Hk boy came with Spray bottle and Cloth ...Wow never new Comboard/ bathroom can be cleaned with Cloth

    Just Avoid this hotel is the least which can be said, Located in the heart of Pune But sadly grossly mismanaged & badly managed. Complaints are met with Deaf ears , Everything asked for is meant with an answer - " Yeh Nai Hai, Abhi staff nai hai, Itna hi clean hoga " The Manager & staff are totally un-coperative ,I ordered an manchow soup which was not at all palatable. Dirty linen , Dirty toilet, Spit marks on wall , Damaged furniture in room, The attached photos says it all . Hotel should be banned giving this kind of service during covid times , Hygenic to the DOGS , Is the authorities listening.
