The hotel scores well because of its exceptional location, very near to happening places and the famous Cafe Good luck. It also scores because of its homely staff. Sopan and Renuka from reception, Dasharath and Arun from restaurant and housekeeping stand out. We went for a suit room. All suits( one in each floor, totally five) face roads but are totally insulated from the outside noise. Large hall and a bedroom. Well furnished rooms with lot of drawers. Brightly lit rooms unlike many hotels which sport a depressed look through dim lights. The AC cooled well. The bedroom has a fan as well. Bed was small ( it can fit two adults only) but was super soft. An extra bed was provided to the child. The bathroom was quite small with basic toiletries. No bath tub. Hot water effective and adequate. House keeping is courteous and neat. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was limited. Puri, poha, idli, batata vada, shira, one fruit. Taste was not bad. The place is compact, finding a seat can be a a pain if you go late. Service is polite and quick. No swimming pool, no fitness centre. Small parking area that can host four to five cars. Driver accomodation is done at a distant property of theirs, a lodge. My driver preferred to avoid that facility. Book direct on phone rather than their website to save money. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Finding transportation is not a problem.

My daughter, Nupoor & I visited Oakleaf restaurant on 14th Feb, 20. The dinner was nice. Paneer dish was superb. Particularly paneer was too good, fresh, soft and tender. Even a chicken dish was equally tempting. Chicken was tender and well cooked. The staff was kind and courteous. Special thanks to Tejas, Rohit and Amol for excellent service. It was a delightful, & memorable experience for our family.

I was there for 4 nights and 5 days in Pune with my family. We stayed at the Oakwood hotel in Pune during this time. Since it was New Year time i wanted to stay in a centrally located area. Following are my pros and cons - 1. Centrally located in Pune. It is Bang in middle of Pune and hence local transport like auto are available easily. 2. Staff is very courteous, professional and helpful. 3. Rooms are clean. I was staying in the Suite on 4th floor. Believe this is a new addition which they have made to the rooms list 5. Ample car parking space available 6. The breakfast spread is limited but good. Cons (as per me - I am a non veg person) 1. This is purely veg hotel, which i was not aware of. Frankly even if i was aware I would not change my decision to stay at the hotel. 2. There were some stains on the bedsheets. 3. Because there was some construction work happening, there is some sound which you can hear oy during daytime. . Overall it was a fantastic stay and we enjoyed it. Iam most definitely likely to stay here again the next time i visit.

It is just an OK hotel. In my first room the water tap was broken, the tv did not work, and the phone was broken, and the room service and house keeping did not respond. In my second room, one lamp was not working - not too bad at all - but neither the the room service nor the house keeeping was responding again. Nobody feels responsible for anything at all. So, if you do not have any expectations - so does the hotel staff.

The club is a fantastic place to stay but to make a booking for the stay is a painful exercise because of the rude, impolite and unprofessional nature of the so called Assistant Manager who look after of club booking. Mind they hung the receiver over you and treat you as if they are providing a complimentary stay. Pathetic behaviour.
