It was an unplanned trip that become so pleasent because of the unforgettable support from Mr. Vinay. It was second trip after a month we are having memories of first, but this short spam unplanned trip with such kind of supportive gesture from complete Sagar Plaza team. Kudos to complete team.

First of all we want to mention that we -my husband and myself- have been staying for a whole month at Sagar Plaza for 3 consecutive years. Its a hotel where guest will find an EXCELLENT SERVICE, hospitality and is greatly welcomed by the whole staff at any time : through the door, frontdesk, room service, cleaners, restaurant.... We like to thank all of them and not the least Mr Ganesh Bhandare who, always with a smile (in spite of being very busy and not showing it) ready to help, makes a great effort in order to satisfy his guests making any required arrangements & makes our stay a comfortable one.
