    बेहतरीन ठहराव। wonderful hospitality. Beautiful memories forever. Situated at the centre of Pune, surrounded with nice food street. Very near to Shanivar vada, A historical place to visit. Definitely endorse to everyone coming to Pune. A home away from home.

    Hotel sapna stay was very pleasant. Hospitality was good. I will recommend my colleagues or friends this hotel if they visit pune. Other hotels simply denies to give GST invoice if booked through hotel booking app, but Hotel Sapna does. Appreciated one.city centre location just next to park.

    I am from Chennai. always stay in Sapna hotel whenever i m coming to pune. It's very safe, good environment, located in center of city & friendly staff. Sambhaji park is good place to visit and good for purchasing.

    I stayed in Hotel Sapna in Oct'21. I must stay it was a great experience. Located centrally in the heart of Pune is the USP of this place. All the major markets, restaurants and attractions are easily accessible from this location. Rooms are well maintained & hygienic. Staff & management is very attentive and supportive. If you bring any concern to their notice rest assured it will be resolved promptly & positively. As I was having an early morning check out they assured the hot water & complimentary tea available as per scheduled time. I highly recommend this place for budget stay.

    We visited in pic season tariff was same , breakfast was included , when we came in March same tariff was offered without breakfast and while enquired about the same one the elderly ( aged) staff was shouting over the phone and found him extremely rude. I don’t think so this behaviour in hospitality works. While we reached late night cars wear parked randomly but early morning we got the call to move our car and staff not gonna help in this. We woke up early bcz of front office staff the same person. There is no courtesy, n manners to behave with the guest
