We stayed at this hotel for one night in PUNE on Thursday night it’s ok ok hotel not bad it’s good it’s with breakfast included in rate it’s a good hotel in front off railway station service is good and I forgot my charger in the room after check out but the cleaning staff gave it too reception & I came back too the hotel it was there at the reception it’s a good budget hotel

I happened to stay here, due to the reecnt rains in Mumbai. My train from Hyderabad was terminated in Pune at 1 am. and ther was no other way to reach Mumbai. I had called this hotel, and was very warmly told that I was welcome, and rooms were available. Very near to Pune railway station. Looked liked a big old bungalow from the outside. Was skeptical at first. But at 1.30 am, was pleasantly surprised to see a fully awake receptionist. check in was smooth. They even made some tea for me, as I was tired. rooms though not very large, was not small either. a/c were in prefect conditions. Washrooms were spic and span and fragrant. Adequate toiletries, including dental kits are provided. Linen was clean. Pillows very comfortable. Buffet breakfast comprised of Poha, Puri Bhaji, Idli sambhar, Bread butter, fresh fruits and coffee. Very sumptuous. check out was smooth. Service exemplary. And prices are a steal. All in all a pleasant stay. Highly recommended

Located at 5 mins walking distance from station. 24 hrs check in. We had 3 ac triple bedroom for family. All amenities shown available. Breakfast was nice UPMA, bread jam, batata vada and tea. Staff behaviour good.

Pros: Walkable to Pune main railway station 24-hour check-in, check-out Good, helpful, well behaved staff Wi-Fi, TV, AC worked well Cons: Room was not up to the price I paid(I paid 1700+ for a night, super deluxe AC room) Old, rustic rooms(#105 I stayed), old furniture with some broken fittings in bathroom Toilet sink was full with hot water(some issue with maintenance) I did not have breakfast and did not avail room service, so I can not comment on that. Overall, this place is alright for an overnight stay for its close proximity to the railway station.

Highly disappointed with their 24 hours*checkin policy..i had paid for anytime checkin ( 24 hours checkin) through their offical booking site.They made me to wait for an hour & on my persistent demand gave me a small room to freshen up.wen i came back to hotel at around 12 noon still they could not give me my booked room and moreover the staff was incompetent and rude and asked me to see the manager. Rooms were not upto mark as amount charged..room service was prompt and the breakfast was good enough.
