Small but beautiful property... Very nicely arranged and decorated.. well behaved and friendly staffs.. ready to help always.. food arranged by the hotel was also good.. worth for money.. we went for a vacation there and totally enjoyed it.. as staffs helped us a lot in sight seeing directions too.. Recommended by me!!!!

Decent budget hotel. But no restaurant. They get food from outside. Bathroom cramped. They serve breakfast in a open area. plastic chairs. pretty poor ambience. Worst part is the noise. Your neighbour's TV wont allow u sleep. Had to complain to reception to advise him to tone down. Poor acoustics. Sheets & Towels are not crisp. Better avoid unless you are constrained by budget. I opted because, it was close to a client office. Outside eats are available. plenty of food joints outside
BED BUGS!!!

This place has bed bugs. I could clearly see them on top of the sheets (see photos). When I complained to the staff, they more or less shrugged it off. I got out of there as fast as I could but regrettably didn't examine the bed until after I'd gone out for dinner so my bags were sitting there open in the room for a couple hours so I am now going through the process of sterilizing all my belongings to prevent bringing the bed bugs into my home. This is time consuming and frustrating. I left immediately after I realized the bed bugs were there for another hotel but the Moneta staff did NOT offer a refund, despite the disgusting conditions.

Booked through Yatra with BF but they informed that BF was not included Small property neat and clean They give you bill only after 9:30am as the receptionist doesn't know the password I wasn't very pleased with my experience with the Hotel

Their phones didn't work. I had to walk from my room to the front desk on the ground floor to ask for got water/tv/food/etc. And the receptionist didn't even have the courtesy to answer kindly, but gave cold responses to every request. Breakfast is very basic and is not cooked in the hotel, but arranged from a neighboring restaurant. I overheard the staff discussing their attrition issues with employees. Overall, my experience was pathetic. The property is good but the bad service nullifies all the good.
