Excellent hotel in the price range. Nice quiet location just 50 mts from main Baner road. Good staff and prompt housekeeping services. Deluxe rooms are lovely with big windows. Mr. Arfan and Mr Ajay at front desk are very helpful and non intrusive. 5/5 will recommend for a business trip.

Very good hotel keep up the good work.will definitely refer this hotel to my family and friends.the stay was ways courteous.just need to improve on the room service of the food nothing else.will definitely visit again

Was a good stay the service was great rooms were clean an well the food quality was also good I loved the reception area they gave me great hospitality friendly staff an quick arrive I loved the stay I will visit again once.

We moved in here from another property run by the same management. Again it's a nice little place but one could see the same pattern being repeated here. The rooms are well designed and the property itself is very well located but maintenance is an issue. The management seriously needs to up their game and invest more into the upkeep of their otherwise beautiful properties. The staff is well behaved but obviously they can't do much about the leaking faucets and tattered curtains. I would recommend the hotel for its location and staff but it certainly needs a lot of improvement.

The hotel tag line says, 'WHERE LUXURY MEETS HAPPINESS', forget about luxury the basic and essentials itself they couldn't fulfill. Right from bath towel till restaurant food, they maintain below average quality. They claim themselves as business class hotel, but they don't have single queen bed for single occupancy, they have provided split cot which is very narrow and cramped. Room sofa/chair which is dirty and filthy with cigarette burnt holes. When I asked for non-smoking room with single bed, they promised me to give on 2nd day, but they didn't. The bath towel is several year old (attached pics). I don't know, how do they call this 'Luxury'? Other points, - Wifi connectivity is very poor and slow, even my mobile data is faster than wifi - Hotel access from main road is very poor, 300-400 meters from the main road with a narrow road, if two big cars from opposite end meets, it will be difficult to pass. I have decided, this is my first and last visit to this hotel.
