The rooms are clean and spacious. Good food is available in the surrounding. Rate is reasonable for travellers on tight budget. Located on the highway providing good connectivity to airport or MIDC. Parking facility is available.

Unbelievable this property is rated as better in Wagholi town. Because, the service and maintenance are very poor though the property has good and spacious rooms. The reasons are 1) Inside the room, lot of cockroaches and insects are found near the beds, cupboards, tables, etc. 2) Repair/replacement of missing bulbs is not done despite complaining to the hotel staff. 3) Not even complimentary water branded bottle is provided on the check-in day. 4) Food dishes are sourced from outside. No restuatant/ dining facility inside the place. 5) Complimentary dinner is restricted to less than Rs200/- against eligibility at Rs400/- per dinner per room as per booking made. Even this food is sourced throgh Swiggy orders. 6) Bed sheets and covers are not changed everyday. 7) Complimentary toilet kits of OYO are not given unless reminded by guests. 8) No jugs and glasses kept for drinking purpose. But same provided to those consuming liquor. On the whole, the hotel tries to fleece the guests by having tieup with OYO. Better avoid booking at this place.
