We arrived in Pune on 9th January after a long journey from London via Mumbai and train to Pune only to find that the place we had booked back in October did not recognise our booking! Vinny from Bestow Inn came to the rescue. The rooms are basic with ensuite shower room but very clean and reasonably priced. It is in a quiet road but handy for the main street. Vinny could not have been more helpful. The ATM and wine store were less than a 10 minute walk and Vinny also recommended a wonderful dosa place to eat (within a walkable distance) called Rajput Dairy which was excellent. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want a sensibly priced place to stay in a good area of Pune consider Bestow Inn as an option.
