Amazing experience staying at IBIS Hinjewadi. Helpful staffs, perfect room cleaning and maintenance service (Amazing work done by Mr. Bajrang ji). Delicious food served in breakfast buffet and not just that the service by staff members working in buffet area is also appreciable.

Have been staying at Ibis Hinjewadi and all the stays have been excellent .A special mention for Mujhibul for being such humble person in managing the bookings and ensuring a smooth check in.. Kudos !!!

I had a wonderful experience in IBIS hotel. They provided a excellent service for me. Most importantly, I had some issues with payment. In that case, they provided some valid information for the resolving the issue. A special mention to Mohibul. He was a friendly in nature and paid utmost attention to all my queries. Most importantly I except the Management to train their employees like Mohibul.

Positioned well at Hinjewadi along the main road, the hotel offered a lovely view from my room of the serpentine road heading into the hilly landscape & interesting built forms of corporate campuses around. At night the hotel well captures the attention with its inviting Outlook, Lights & Music for the passers by to stop-by and enjoy the hospitality (perhaps another reason for their restaurant to be popular in the evening). My best reason to rate the place would be Quality of food at the restaurant - its Rich & Homely! Here I would suggest the hotel to consider acoustics to keep the sound levels low at common areas like Lobby & Restaurant. Second reason would be the interest well cared for in the offer they provide of 'special benefits' in a room category that provided well positioned interest for a Business Traveler. The rooms at the hotel are compact with built-in furniture & minimum wastage in circulation space. The bathrooms are prefab-units in unique circular shape and are very compact & functional. What's amazing & really appreciated is the quality of detailing in its finish to the tee! While the space is found functionally very effective and very well designed - - its certain measures like insulation in common walls to avoid sound pilferages that would be advised for improvement. Overall service by staff is effective & good. The hotel offers a branding that's bright & colorful with a young palette highlighting exuberance & energy!

This is a 3 star hotel who has literally nothing in terms of guest services. If you order something they take hours to deliver it. Also they not have as many varieties of food as other hotels like Hyatt which is in the same area. Not at all good for the family. There are other hotels which are better than this one and are in the same area. Listing them:- 1) Hyatt 2) Courtyard by Marriot.
