Hotel was fantastic with the great service by the hotel. Have suggested all my colleague to visit with family. They have served with extra facilities availed to us with no hesitation. My wife & my kid very much happy.

Good service and staff were very helpful,they helped us with a lot of things ,rooms are clean and tidy and provide good sea view Would recommend other to vist too.the best part its away from the hustle and bustle.

We stayed there during our last visit to Puri. The hotel is amazing compared to the location and the beach view. Its well maintained as well with a lift within the property. The room service was also good and the best part was their restaurant , they serve amazing food. We had the best veg thali which costed around 100 bucks and we were full and delighted with the different menus they offer. Non veg items are also tasty. The hotel manager is good. The AC is a major issue as it cannot be controlled. Don't know if its a centralized cooler or an ac. And also the staff. They will keep on nagging you and ask for money while checking out. One of the staff entered into our room the night before without even knocking thinking that he will get a free pass to enter into a room of bachelors and join for drinks which we of course dint allow and he kept on standing although we ignored him. Other than that I would surely recommend this hotel to other people.

The room we stayed in was Room 205 for 4 days. The AC was in perfect working condition , which was very necessary as it was 40 degrees outside during daytime. The Hotel has restricted view of the sea due to Hotel Suv Palace and other hotel right in front of it , but some views of the sea can be seen. The bathroom was proper and drainage proper. The staff was cordial . Though the telephone was not working , giving missed call to the hotel manager promptly brought the delivery boy. The restaurant Bay Watch serves lovely home made food. The food they parcelled for the train return journey to Kolkata was also nice . Alu posto was simple superb. My son , 11 years had no problem whatsoever , no spices or chilly. The hotel is about 10 min walk to Swargadar . Auto are available , to Jagannath Temple is around 100 / 120 , to station is Rs 150. Mohona and back is Rs 250. Only drawback was house cleaning .... we had to constantly remind them to change bed linen and towels , everyday . They were changed due to constant and strict vigil by my wifey.

Landed up in PURI to celebrate the long weekend on the 70th Independence Day with friends.We booked in ASIAN INN Beach Resort on the New Marine Drive road, PURI for a 2 day stay dated 12th and 13th August.Reserved SEA-FACING DELUXE ROOMS. On arrival on 12th morning, we were alotted Room No 302,303 on the top floor. PROS about the rooms and Property:- 1) Almost all Angular sea-facing straight-view rooms 2) Super Dlx rooms have balcony associated with it.Bathrooms were pretty good and well cleaned with couple of toiletries provided as complimentary. 3) Asian INN's in-house restaurant BAYWATCH provides AWESOME food for Lunch and Dinner, Very Good Taste and Quantity and reasonable pricing. 4) Staffs are pretty well-behaved 5) Service is consistent 6) Room Cleaning Service attended on request and the work is neat and tidy. 7) We had Complimentary B'fast included in the rent which was good and tasty but limited menu options to choose from. CON's about the property:- 1)Mostly Sea-facing rooms overlooking the sea have a little hindrance as there is a property just in front blocking the bigger wide stretched viewing angle. 2)The Glass-pane in front of the open viewing space of the room had restricted Clear view of the sea as it was not clean (looks salty deposits on the glass- pane due to direct sea facing breeze). 3)Room Interriors not well maintained as there were colour and rust taking toll of interrior walls including the Doors which was Rusty. 4) complimentary B'fasts was included in our plan.However,ONLY and Either One between Poori-Sabji,Aloo Paratha, Bread-Butter Toast and Egg-Toast with Tea should be chosen.Not much variety at all. 5) ONLY 1 External Socket to Charge Phones. If somebody have 2 Mobile Phones to Charge,wait for the 1st one to complete.Pretty Poor concept these days. Also there are NO Electric Kettle provided in the rooms. 6) This is a centralisec AC Control property.Hence, when the room goes extremely Chilled, you have options to Switch Off the AC Only and Switch it back ON when the room becomes Stuffy again. Not at all Value for Money for the DLX Sea facing rooms (atleast) against the in-room features and the Room Rent taken. Advises to the Property:- 1) A Child upto Age 5/6 yrs should be given complimentary breakfast (If B'fast is Complimentary) as such tender kids wouldn't consume similar quantity as of the adults. 2) Property should be well-maintained from the exterrior as well as the room interriors.Should be properly Cleaned specially during heavy booking days. 3) Enhance the Complimentary B'fast Menu.
